- Can I return a piece of art?
Yes! You have seven days to try a piece out in your own home. The piece must be back in the mail system within 7 days of your purchase. You also must notify K Zhang Gallery immediately. You will receive a full refund on the piece of art.
- How long will it take to receive a piece of art?
K Zhang Gallery is not responsible for the shipping of the art works. The artists are. Your art piece will leave the artist's studio and arrive at your house in 2-3 weeks. Our artists are professionals who can guarantee the timely arrival of your work. Artists who miss 1 timely delivery will automatically be banned from the K Zhang Gallery.
- How is the art packaged? Will it arrive safely?
The art is packaged by the artists. The artist will choose a fast and safe mailing option in his/her country.
- Where will you ship to?
We ship from anywhere to anywhere. Domestic orders will arrive sooner than international orders.
- How are your shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated on individual bases.
